  1. Hairy gourd x 2 (approx. 45 g)
  2. Carrot x 1 (approx.300 g)
  3. Corn x 2 (approx. 550 g)
  4. Chestnut x 500 g
  5. Peanuts x 30 g
  6. Shiitake mushroom x 60 g
  7. Ginger slices x 15 g
  1. Peel the hairy gourd, corn and carrots and wash clean. Chop coarsely
  2. Boil the chestnut in hot water for about 20 minutes, peel and let cool
  3. Soak the peanuts until the skin becomes loosen. Peel and set aside
  4. Soak the shiitake mushroom in tap water overnight. Cut off the stem and wash clean
  5. Prepare a cooking pot. Add all the ingredients into the pot and boil at high heat. Turn to low heat and simmer for about 1.5 hours. Taste, and serve warm
